Jersey Central Lines in Color - my opinion
This book Jersey Central in Color is very good. It is a collection of photos either taken or gathered by one individual on Jersey Central locomotives and trains progressing from east to west on the main line primarily with minimal attention given to branch lines. There are many quality photos taken with narrative accompanying each photo and additional narrative provided to give a
synopsis of the more recent history of the Jersey Central lines railroad. The photos should be a bit more varied in terms of angles and setting and this is probably due to a tendancy many railroad photographers have of neglecting the backround as essential to the composition of the picture in question. This book is still very good because it does provide quality photos keeping alive memories which might other wise end up forgotten
