Perfect Dreamcast for new buyers
I bought one of these refurbished Dreamcasts after my old one sadly died. It arrived quickly, and was packaged with an insane amount of care (wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was stuffed with more bubble wrap, air bags, and packing peanuts). It had no signs of damage on the casing, and it was its original white color. Most importantly, it worked just like it was new. How could I tell it was working well? The disc drive was ridiculously loud, like a normal Dreamcast disc drive should be. Admittedly it's a bit pricey compared to buying a normal, unrefurbished Dreamcast, but if you go that route, you risk getting one that might stop working not long after you get it, and it's hard to get one of these repaired because of the unique parts they use. Something to keep in mind when buying one of these is that it only ships with the console itself, you'll need to buy the cables, controllers, and memory cards separately. However, you can find those dirt cheap these days. Best of all, the seller ships out Model 1 Dreamcasts, which means they can play games off of burned CD-Rs, if you have the know-how to make those, so you can save a lot of money on games. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend buying a refurbished Dreamcast from this seller. They obviously know how to take care of this console, and the higher price is for the amount of work they put into restoring these so they work like they were brand new, plus getting them to you in a timely fashion.

Does not work at all
This controller is not registered by any game or emulator that I tried it with, even after using the included driver disc. After doing some further research, driver support for this controller was dropped years ago, meaning it's no longer compatible with modern computers. Do not buy, it will not work.
