Pleasantly surprised - very good value/fit/function!
First, I am a new dirt bike rider...these are my first motocross boots. I read all the reviews from experienced riders that were negative regarding these. I decided to get them anyway because of price. I have been very surprised and pleased. It took several hours to master the art of shifting with such stiff boots, but I'm pleased with myself with the progress I've made AND the Maverick boots. They were very comfortable, sole sticks to pegs extremely well, solid protection. Because of reading negative reviews, I had very low expectations, but they are a pleasant surprise. Order a whole size up, I wear a 9 hiking/running shoe and I wear a 10 in these boots - which I have been told is not uncommon with motocross boots.
