Works fine but had issues with installation.
This fan was exactly the same as the one I was replacing, however, when I replaced it, I received an error message when starting my computer. I put the old fan back in and the computer started just fine, but the old fan was still making a lot of noise. I tried replacing the fan several times with the same result. On the final try, one of the pins on the plug on my computer broke (the blue wire pin). I reinstalled the new fan with the broken pin, and it is working fine now. Go figure.
