  Item was very well packed, shipped and works as it should. Vendor was very responsive; there was a delay in shipping (not his fault, EBay failed to notify me he was unavailable to ship), but offered to refund if I wanted. Glad I did not. WIll use again if the need arises. Thanks!

  Took some time on delivery, BUT can't complain when it's free shipping. I was just too anxious waiting for the part. Package was wrapped with care in bubble wrap, cardboard, and packing styrofoam. Product was as advertised. No issues. Installed in 20 mins and works. I finally have heat again. 👍🙏🇯🇵
