Great Protection, crappy audio.
Audio doesn't work. At first the microphone would not pickup during phone calls, even though I carefully installed (and re-installed, and re-installed) the phone as directed. When I went online to find a fix for the microphone, now the mic works but the speaker is distorted unless I open charging port. My last pelican case had the mic problem, but I was able to work around it. This is a major pain as I need the heavy duty protection to keep the phone safe in my work.
