Great guideline for healthy eating!
This is an easy to follow, no nonsense plan. The rationale is easy to understand and makes sense. The plan is simple to implement and stick with. Sugar Busters has helped me eat healthier, feel better and have more energy. As a result I've also lost weight. Ten years after initially reading Sugar Busters I still follow the principles and would recommend it to anyone.

Lite comedy
The characters are funny and engaging with just the right amount of sarcasm and a pinch of drama. Pleasant way to spend an evening.
