Worth the money for some form of relief from backpain even if only for a while
Look, it won't fix your back, but it certainly relieves the pressure.
I've only used the first notch, I put it in under my back and it seems to work quite well.
My wife has used the middle notch and it works quite well too.
It's not going to fix any issues, or be a miracle cure, what I have found it does, is give you relief, the pain goes away, or the pressure dies down which is the appeal and brilliant things about this, I still recommend it for anyone needing a bit of relief (Think of deep heat to a muscle) it doesn't fix it, but it makes it feel nice.
