Excellent pens
These 0.4mm Pentel pens are awesome. I am unsure as to why they are not available from US retailers. I picked up a few on a business trip in Japan last Fall and now order them through Ebay.

Good value for the money. Check existing phone line type before buying..must be a "data/fax" line, not VOIP or PBX
All I needed to do was to have our phone person change our phone line to "data/fax" instead of VOIP and now it works fine.
