Good value upgrade if at right price
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a great processor still very capable years later comparable to current generation budget Ryzen 5. But beware of greedy sellers trying to sell both old Core i7 and that generation of laptops at rip-off prices. Any price far above £60 for a CPU and over £150 for that generation of laptop is questionable if you are getting value for money. There are frequent failures such as snapping hinges, plastics that are often the quality of Chinese toys and batteries that probably need replacing with Chinese ones. You are better off getting a budget Ryzen 5 laptop at around £450 if your laptops and upgrades are too close to £300 especially considering there will inevitably be better graphics in the newer generation laptops. But if you already have the laptop with the upgradeable socket and compatible BIOS this CPU will work superb in conjunction with SSDs or SSD caching as a minimum.

Decent length essential for securing items for transport
God value straps that are essential if you are moving stuff in a van. They can take time to unwind sometimes but better than dealing with damaged goods.

Powerful CPU with onboard graphics
Good value product with decent graphics for onboard motherboard ports and suited to lower end PCI Express 3.0 such as a A320, A520, B350, B450, X370 or X470 motherboard. It will not run any PCI Express 4.0 lanes but the benchmark score is good and represented good value in comparison to the slightly pricier option. While motherboard prices are high at the time of writing people are offloading their old Ryzens at very low prices. This will be suitable for a very good office PC build, light gaming, entry level editing or more serious gaming with a powerful graphics card added to the system.
