13.6V, 32A Solid

13.6V, 32A solid as a linear supply, not like other SMPS that seem flakey. Very small, lightweight but fully regulated at maximum load. Highly recommended.

Would not work in my application

This serial port was intended to connect my laptop that only has usb to a radio transceiver that used rs-233. The radio simply would not connect and I have no idea why. This product is shipped with the prolific chipset. In the past, only FTDI chipset has worked in this application. I suspect something is missing from the prolific-converted rs-232, however it is likely that my application is too strict to allow a prolific converter. I ended up finding a legacy computer with an rs-232 which works fine if course. Most likely thus product works with most applications.
