Actually, I don't know if it is easy to program, as it work perfectly direct out of the package

good value for what I wanted
The pkg had been open, and the first one I ordered had one of the cutters missing, which didn't bother me, as the real reason for buying it was for the screen. The price was much better, so I was happy with it, and in fact went back and ordered a second one, which appears to have both cutters as well as the screen.
