Not a great replacement.
The tip is extremely hard unlike the original which is soft. This means the stylus is not as responsive. Also, the top does not sit perfectly flush like the original. This shouldn't have cost more then 99 cents as the quality is extremely cheap. I would not recommend to other stylo 3 owners.

SLOW delivery for sub-par product.
It technically fits, but is a little small as it doesn't line up with the buttons properly and doesn't protect the front as much as I would like. Can't complain too much as it was dirt cheap. Took what felt like 2 months to arrive as well.
