  A single cup arrived chipped. I contacted the seller. They weren't ready to do anything and told me ebay had insurance. They don't understand how that works. Ebay opens a case on them to resolve the issue in 4 days. Tomorrow is the 4th day and I have heard nothing from the seller. It would have been to their advantage to take care of this. Now they will lose the sale and pay fees.

  Horrible packaging. Doll was not bubble wrapped. Plastic front case is cracked. For a collector, dolls are displayed in their original packaging. I will have to remove her now. Very disappointed. The only reason I did not give a negative is because the doll itself looks ok, but now I cannot display her in her box.
