  We were really unlucky this time and the box arrived empty without the item. As soon as I told the seller, his reaction was fantantic issuing a refund and opening an investigation with Ebay and the delivery provider. I did not get the item I purchased but the communication and how seller responded to the issue was first class.

  HONEST seller, a rarity on eBay! Hats off to this seller, they had great communication and helped with potential issues the phone will have. Very clear and honest. Phone itself is literally NEW without the plastic. No marks anywhere on phone, not on the camera bump, screen, casing - nowhere. Phone arrived in 2 days of purchase.
