  Shipping was very fast. Items where individually bubble wrapped, but box was torn open upon delivery. I wouldn't say it was exactly as described because it was identified "in brand new condition", I would say the items are in good condition and shipping was a bit steep. None the less, the value was there and the seller agreed upon an offer we both benefit from.

  I purchased the unit on Ebay's auction. It was advertised as NEW-other, but never been installed. When it arrived, the box had been taped up by the USPost Office. The lift motor was just put into a box with no packaging. So the side of the box pipped open. Anyway, I looked at the unit and thought , this is no way a new unit. I contacted the seller and he said that it sat out in a shed for years. But he never used it. Does sitting in a shed, unprotected, for many years still New?
