Buy in bulk & save!
I use Psyllium regularly for dietary purposes and this is the best product I've found yet. Great price, high quality!

Great book!
This is an amazing book about an amazing cave. Since most of us will never be able to see it in person, this coffee-table book with its beautiful full color photos is the next best thing to actually being there. A little dated perhaps; many more discoveries have been made since the book was written, but still a great buy!

Awesome economy option!
This is a great option if you're looking for an economy pad for serious hiking. I have done significant trail mileage at the Grand Canyon (latest was m/l 160 miles over about 3 weeks) and love these pads. Mine's a little older, and sprung a leak or two on the last trip - watch for sharp desert plants! - but it's nice that this style of pad doesn't go totally flat like an air-only one. A couple friends had similar experiences, but since theirs were just air it was much more uncomfortable to wake up with a flat pad!
Finding a leak on these pads is simple if you have some clear water available (stream, bathtub, puddle). Just blow it up as tight as possible, tighten the valve, and hold it underwater, inspecting it for tiny streams of bubbles. A bit of Seam Sealer compound and tarp tape, or similar, is a quick fix! Someone even put a 4" cut in mine, and the tape fix seems to have worked again.
The downside is a little extra weight compared with air pads, but it doesn't bother me and they really don't weight that much to begin with. If you are a committed ultralight backpacker, this might give you some trouble. Then again, I use the Osprey Aether 60 pack and love most of its features, but you sacrifice some weight there too in return for all its features. These mil. surplus pads also take up a lot more space than an air pad; I always strap mine outside with my sleeping bag so that works perfect. This pad takes up about as much space when tightly rolled as a regular foam baffle Thermarest or similar (the old fashioned pads).
Very useful, comfortable, durable pad!
I bought some from this company that were advertised as having no holes, rips, or tears. Seem to hold air fine. They do sell others that are noted "may have holes, etc," you probably won't want these for hiking.
