Worth listening to over and over again!
I haven’t listened to all of the CDs. All of the songs I’ve listened to sound great! Most of the songs I’ve listened to are the original recordings by the original artists. However, I did notice that “Maybe Baby” by the Crickets is a re-recorded version. At least it’s not Buddy Holly singing! But it is very good nonetheless!
Also, “Rock And Roll Is Here To Stay” by Danny & The Juniors is a re-recorded version as well. But it too is nonetheless very good! But the vast majority of songs are the original versions by the original artists. The number of re- recorded versions could probably be counted on one hand with fingers left over! This set is very much worth owning and listening to over and over again!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
