Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Marvelous Set!!!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This set includes all 11 releases from the original run of ELO (1970-86). These are the remastered versions with all the bonus cuts the individual CD releases contain. Each one has a mini-LP cover. Some are gatefold.
The booklet lists all the contents with great insights by Jeff Lynne. The original booklets are not included.
I was surprised "Out of the Blue" had 3 unreleased cuts added. This is the first time I've heard them as they are not on an individual CD release.
In addition, you can probably find this for under $40 (US) - what a deal for some unbelievable music!

For Real Asia Fans, No Payne, No Gain
Some Asia fans dismiss the John Payne era but in the process, they miss out on some great late-90s powe rock/pop. To bad. This is a colection of 28 tracks that failed to make release in the Aria-Arena period. All of it awash in the keyboard landscapes that Geoff Downes perfected. Surprizes include Steve Howe on the instrumental, "Ginger" and the acoustic "Open Your Eyes." Also thrown in are some remnants of John's time with ELO: "Showdown" and "A.L.O."
Originally, I bought this because I'm an Asia completist (this is my 23rd Asia disc) but fortunately, it survives on its own.

Don't miss this. It's worth the hunt.
This is definitely the best of the Supertramp tributes, possibly the best prog compilation of 2012 (Genesis Revisted II is a razor's edge away), and one of the best CDs I've heard in quite a while.
This is tough to find. None of the local shops culd get I for me so I resorted to online shopping.
If you admire Supertramp, don' fear that this is a lame imitation. It's a beautiful interpretation of the band's best songs.
Hat's off to Billy Sherwood. Anything with his name on it smokes.
