Cheap and you get what you pay for
It's difficult to fill - you get air bubbles in tube. You then lose water as you try to get the air bubbles out. It then reacts too slowly so it's hard to tell if it has equilibrated. But at least it was cheap!

Good and strong
Quite sturdily made from good quality materials.
