Looks and smells like the real deal, this is a very hard to find scent and can be prone to counterfeiting. If you can spray it on your skin without any signs of chemical burning, then your good to go.

Saved my 20+ year old Arai!!!

I have a 20+ year old Arai RX-7RR3. Whilst the SAQ2 base plate part number 023017 wasn't exactly the same as the original base plate on my helmet, I was able to make it work just fine. In the photo's you can see the original on the RIGHT. All I had to do was take a small amount of plastic off the point where my finger is pointing on the replacement to roughly match the original. This allows the visor to slide up and over that part of the base plate so that it can be removed. Don't worry if you take too much off, as the lever has to be engaged to actually remove the visor. It won't fall off but always be slow when rising the visor to avoid any damage. Remember to always swap visors when the helmet is off your head and on a table where you can see what you doing, if it becomes stuck at any time. then pop the cover plates off and see whats going on, don't force it!
