Great product
A great workout to rebuild strength & endurance. I have the set from 10 to 30 lbs and maybe someday will need the 35lb, but time will tell. Definitely get the vinyl covered ones for comfort.

Not bad
A bit on the fruity, more delicate side than I'm used to, but I enjoy it enough to plan on another batch. I roast it up rather dark and mix with decaf (also dark) for a very nice start to every morning.

Best book on SS bene's
The best book I've read that goes into virtually all the major & most minor nuances of SS and explains them as clearly as is possible for the average reader. Not an easy task given the insane complexity of the subject.
