  Product worked great. There was a little shmutz on the processor but I used some isopropyl alcohol and it came right off. It arrived in an envelope which looked strange but was well protected. Price was fantastic so I really cant complain much but it is very nerve wracking trying to clean something that sensitive. 4/5.
