Great vegetarian cooking for beginners or veterans!
IMHO, Madison's are the best vegetarian cookbooks from an American. She's an excellent writer and her recipes are well organized (it really makes a difference when an imaginative chef is also well organized!). A valued addition to my bookshelf. Generally, Madison's recipes are simple yet the tastes are complex. A good book to learn from.
