Great bongos for the price!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The LP Matador line is a great value for drummers seeking the LP top-of-the-line quality for a good price. These Matador bongos are well detailed and finished, and have features that rival the Gen 2 series bongos. They are the same diameter, wood type, and the gold hardware against a natural finish looks great! The tone of the drums is top-of-the-line, as well. The macho can be tuned to give a great cracking sound, and the hembra has a nice complimentary low tone. If I had any complaints about this model it would be the heads - they sound good, but don't look like they would last over time. Get some better heads (or even quality plastic ones, so you don't have to constantly tune/detune them to protect the skins from splitting from the rims), and you will have a great set of bongos that can rival ones costing twice the price!
