Good quality puzzle
We really enjoyed this puzzle, the picture was clear and exact and the pieces fitted well, can't wait to do it again

You get what you pay for
This item arrived well boxed and the box was stronger than the item, it was very flimsy and the plates buckled and bent even after the first press. After pressing it was very difficult to release the etiquette from the machine, the top plate was difficult to remove from the bottom plate as the edges were very sharp and cut my fingers in several places. After four pressings the handles were bent and the whole thing was out of shape, it's now in the dustbin, but then I should have known better, you only get what you pay for, I should have researched it further and opted for a more robust model.
