Ouch, that hurt!
When I bought it, I thought it was battery operated, for the money it cost. When it arrived I figured at least I would give it a try. You have to hold it with one hand and then turn the base with the other hand. It went well till the dang thing pulled out a nose hair or nipped my skin. I not sure which happened, but that was the last time I will ever use it.
