It works it does the job.

It's expensive for what it is, the bars you place your pans on are slippy could be some indentations so your pans dont slide about if your not on a total flat surface. £130 would be about right in my eyes, its ok, it works fine, just a bit pricey.

It's small, it's reasonably bright, it's alot of money. Am I in love with it? Maybe, time will tell, paying this amount of money for a small lamp hurts a bit. The only small negative is I wish the red light function was a tiny bit brighter, I also have the Fenix CL30 which is treble the size and no brighter but it does have a wider spread of light, and it has 3 batteries.... I use mine for fishing with a headlamp and it's all I need, for now it rates top bollocks. The photo shows it with the cl30 on the left.

An alternative to a Continental rods..just as sensitive and easy to cast..better suited to the uk than contis...will be longer lasting as well as now we are finding out the thin conti rods go very soft in as little as 3 months of use. This rod will cast 150y with a reasonable bait.
