I love GF Baking Recipes
I usually create my own, but knew of CRAVE, and wanted to see what the it's were like. Many of their recipes are dated, since there have been huge advances in the gf, df field in the past 10 years, but still, Cameo's recipes are great, and the book is well worth having.

Wonderful vegetable recipes for carnivores, omnivores & vegevores! Lol!
The recipes are creative and delicious! And, knock yourself out - use real butter and cream - if you're just looking for inspiration for scrumptious, totally creative, and often unusual plant-based meals instead of the same old, same old!
And when in Philly, check out their restaurants!

Not directions on how to ice a cake with different icings.
