See real results within a week!
With moderate exercise (walking and bike riding) and sensible caloric intake, my average weight loss is a pound a week. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not irritate my stomach. Further, it does not make me feel jittery as some products do. I take it after breakfast and then a couple hours before dinner. After a while, I just lost the cravings for the the carbs!

Nice addition
Very nice addition to my collection. This piece works well for Easter as well as further into spring.

A lip balm that will get me through the winter
I have been using this for over a year now after I realized that a local nursing home was using them on the patients there. It feels soft and smooth on my lips, and I would never go back to another lip balm. Now that I am in my early 60s, I am experiencing extra dryness on my mouth, and this certainly helps sooth the chapped feelings. I literally do not leave my home without at leave one tube especially during the cold months.
