Great for our small group
I'm sharing a leadership roll with 2 other guys in a small group at our church and the lessons are deep enough to truly learn something but short enough as to not overwhelm you with so much that you can't prepare in a reasonable amount of time. Don't wait until the last minute to prepare, but still, a reasonable amount of time. Love it.
