Works As Described

The product works as described and I have been able to slowly transfer my old family videos to my computer. I have been looking for one of these for a good price and I believe I got really lucky with this one. Once I', done with my movie transfer, I will most likely sell it on Ebay and get most of my investment back. Great Deal.

Good for the price

I have given out about 50 of these devices to my users, the devices are dependable, rugged enough for heavy everyday use, and not to expenses on Ebay. the bad news is Dell no longer makes them, so you can only get them online from Ebayor similar websites. If you need a solid yet simple to use PDA, you dont need to look any more.

Good Product

For the price point this is a great remote. I got this to actually replace my higher end Harmony 890 remote. This 550 uses regular batteries which I happen to like more than charging. Some find this to be a negative. I do wish the channel and volume buttons were better situated, but everything else is on the money. Easy to use and configure using the Logitech software. No codes to remember or look up. Just follow the easy on screen directions and in 15 minutes all your devices are configured the way you want.
