cheap material! but i guess you get what you pay for. shipped in smaller box and the brim was curled up, and i can;t flaten it back out.
say its a toy hat maybe! very disappointed!

hardly any scrubbing power at all! hardly moves!
it hardly moves, no scrubbing power what so ever! i can bearly feel it moving on my face!

I was going to use it for cosplay, but it is so small. Can't hardly see what it says!
