Good product
Older keyboard, batteries stopped working, but charger saved it

Good, but….
It should have been easier than it was. The flanges that bolt to the frame were not quite square- may have been dropped on one end to tweak it out of place- so it required a bit of mechanics to get it bent back out to proper alignment. Fortunately I did it at work so I had some heavier equipment to persuade it to cooperate. Otherwise , all good. Easy instructions, straight forward project
There was no damage to the shipping box, so if it was dropped, it was prior to shipping
