Does what it says
The cable looks robust and it works. So at that low price point it’s fine, but only time will tell if it’s durable!

Sound quality good for an inexpensive mic.
I bought the MXL 990 as a secondary mic to my Röde, which is an excellent mic.
Although not as apparently robust as the Röde, its certainly a good inexpensive mic. A little smaller than I imagined, but the sound quality is good - which is all I could ask for.

A lightweight stand, best for home studios and not quite robust enough for gigs.
It’s an inexpensive stand and you get what you pay for. When tightened, it’s secure without slipping down, which is the important thing.
It’s slight and lightweight, so not the strongest, so I wouldn’t recommend it for more than just the odd ‘gentle’ gig.
It’s more suited to occasional use in home studios in my opinion.
