I love buying old dolls and bringing back the beauty they once had. I wouldn't call it restoration although I sometimes fill in missing eyelashes or add a touch of acrylic paint to liven up painted eyes that have lost their spark. I treat my new acquisitions to a dolly spa session - clean them up, wash, condition and set their hair. Spruce them up so that I can live with them. It is very satisfying to take a tired old doll and transform her into a pretty special doll.

Great vintage Ken Barbie doll in Day-to-Night outfit
This Ken "Day-to-Night" doll is in fabulous shape for its age. His clothing is in perfect condition. Mattel made good dolls decades ago! I am very happy with this purchase.
