  The item that I received was incorrectly described, so I contacted the Seller. As I wanted to keep thr phone, he was kind enough to give me a credit that I asked for. He immediately agreed without any hassle, which I feel was very commendable. I complement the Seller for agreeing to "make things right."

  The item arrived as described, so ultimately this transaction was a success. However, the shipping knocks my feedback down to Neutral. I paid on December 11, and the seller created a shipping label on December 17. After messaging the seller asking for an update on December 26, UPS marked the item as received on December 30. Ultimately it was delivered on January 3, packaged well and in fine condition - a successful but less than ideal transaction.
