Awesome workout DVDs!!!
The DVDs are great. It is easy to chart progress with Jay's fitness test. I love that the workouts are 20 minutes and that I do not have to have a set of weights or any special equipment to workout. The 6 different DVDs allow me to stay interested in getting fit. My initial interest in JCORE was because the workouts can be done in a 4 feet by 4 feet space. Now, I do not have to move my furniture around before starting my workout. I would definitely recommend JCORE to anyone that wants to exercise at home.
