Iffy
These function as they are intended to and have not broken on me. And believe me, I really weighted them down. The problem is that they do not save any space. You end up with the same bulk as you started with its just a bit lower down. I recommend getting metal ones as they are less bulky. Though they still don't work as well as I'd hoped.

Great resource
Amazing recipes though they tend to be a bit expensive. I've been using it as a guide for my own less expensive experiments.
