Used?
The seal on the item was already broken when I got it . The product seemed old and used the only reason why I didnt try to return it is that it's so cheap . Next time I'll just get it from the store.

Opened?
The tape keeping the item shut was already undone when I got it . The contents were sliding out as soon as I opened the package because of this. I'm not sure why this was the case . Otherwise it's perfectly fine .
