Great reference book for specific remedies.
Covers a great many maladies for homeopathic treatment. Not to be used in place of seeing a physician for sound medical advice but helps with many common maladies that are not serious but certainly annoying. Have found good remedies for several problems.

Would definitely recommend highly to quilters novice and experienced.
This book is fantastic. I was particularly interested in one pattern, but find all of them are great. The patterns are lovely and instructions written clearly and concisely. Being in a binding type format, it is easy to turn the pages without damaging them. Would highly recommend for new and easy quilt patterns.
