Could be a good product
This product is spoilt by the incorrect and poor quality of foam filter inside. Furthermore there is no expansion space between the threaded back plate and the foam filter with a barrier to stop the foam been sucked against the back plate. The foam is not permeable enough. In use, my filter foam was sucked against the backplate and the compressor sucked a hole in it. Some of the foam material was sucked into the compressor and choked the reed valves. This could damage the compressor.
I have replaced the foam with some more permeable foam from a motor mower air cleaner designed for this application, which in conjunction with a corrugated gauze barrier has solved the problem

The best well proven design vice on the market.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Really good general purpose workshop vice. I have broken many other so called "heavy duty" ones of other marques, made in Germany & China. You could hit these Record I ton ones made in Sheffield England as hard as you like with a 7lb hammer to forge on the anvil and onto gripped items without effect. We'll see how we go with this made in China one. If it is made of cast Iron, and not steel like the Sheffield ones, it will break.

Very Effective
Good quality, nicely ground. Very effective at dressing welds in difficult corners and dressing slotted holes in mild steel. Nicely balanced at 30,000 rpm too.
