The seller even wrote fragile on the box but the box had a hole in it when I received it. I'm going to try to glue it because I love it other than the arm being broken. I would buy from this seller again.

The item was not factory sealed, it was sealed with packing tape and had a torn clearance sticker on the top. The cards were not factory sealed, further the instructions were black and white photo copies with some of the instructions cut off. I sent pictures and the response was denial.
