Good model
These terrace houses are a little fiddly to make. I also fitted curtains and led lights, requiring some of the interior cardboard to be cut away. I also made 3 more of the sets with a pub and shop to match, this makes a very good street. I have found all the Metcalfe model excellent to make, and are worth the extra effort to fit all curtains ridge tiles etc.

Replacement gas strut for office chair
This replacement gas strut is easy to fit, the main tool required is a hide or rubber hammer. I found out how to do the job by seeing a demonstration on the internet. The chair is in constant use and shows no sign of losing height. Good product.
