Shifts smoothly, great bang for the buck
I've had several XT derailleurs over the last 20 years. They continue to get better. Shifts well and doesn't cost as much as the XTR version.

Great shifter
This is a great shifter, crisp accurate shifts. The price was high, but these are hard to find

Effective braking power
Best brake set I've owned. I've installed them on two different bikes.
