All In One

Finally a product that does it all...Base color coat (brush and pen type) and clear top coat; there is also a surface prep tool. Good directions and easy to use. Keeps those little nicks/scratches/dings from getting worse/rusty. Much better price than our local GM dealer AND shipping included.

Using New (Batteries) with the Old (Tools)

With new battery upgrades for newer cordless tools our old tools can still be used with these upgraded batteries. It would be nice if it were a 2 way street but guess that is how Dewalt/Black&Decker continue to make $$$$. These adapters do allow the use of Li-Ion batteries over the Ni-MH or NiCads. So if you have the old cordless, no need to worry about upgrading to new tools and using these batteries with the adapter.

Step Saver!

As any farmer knows, electric fencing is great to keep cattle confined but prone to shorts. Sometimes finding them can be difficult. This device has some nice features and a steep learning curve. I am not going into the feature/learning, the instructions will do that. Knowledge of 'volt' and 'amp' will help; the meter does a good job of showing it. HOW you interpret that and use it needs some practice. So do not get frustrated and be patient. What helps is having handles, not hard wired, at junctions to eliminate areas. In this case the meter did not work on arrival but needed a new battery. All is well not and developing my skill on it.
