Hard to Beat
It's hard for me to write a review, because I'm just such a rank beginner. I'm a retiree who just decided to finally learn to play the guitar. More than one expert said an electric is easier to play for a beginner. Many praised the Yamaha Pacifica series, and compared the 311h favorably to the 611. The price at Kraft Music was unbeatable for a new guitar with stand, a soft case, a tuner (which works well), a DVD (which I really haven't got into all that much--there's a bunch of stuff on YouTube to check out), pics, strap, etc. I think it's beautiful, and everything is working well so far--except for my fingers. But I didn't even know how to work the tuner when I first got it. I bought a cheap amplifier (Crate 10 amp, for under $40--which I also recommend), and now, a month later, I can play a few chords. I'm satisfied. Now, it's up to me, not the equipment. You have to bear in mind, I've never touched another electric guitar, so you can take this with a grain of salt.

They're charcoal filters!
Low on maintenance, not too many moving parts. Nice looking, sort of. They don't seem to be designed for much more than filtering water. What more can I say? They seem to work OK, they were cheap, and they arrived as advertised.
