Perfect UPS for home business
This UPS is compact (like a very small PC tower) and finished to a really high standard. The unit is really easy to install and operate and the software (which you download - it isn't missing from the box!) is easy to use and has a heap of features. The main reason for my review is to offer some idea just how long the unit will power your PC. I have a 27" HP Pavilion all-in-one with touch screen - power supply is 150w - and the software suggests I will achieve around 2 hrs of battery run-time. I know this may not be totally accurate, but if your looking for a unit that will give you at least an hour of standby power, I would recommend this UPS without reservation. We've had a couple of short power outages since installing the UPS, and it performed faultlessly - no interruption whatsoever. I had considered a smaller, cheaper unit, but have no regrets spending a little more to get a UPS that is totally up to the task.
