After asking basic questions about how to repair the part he said I refused a partial refund, which I did not. He offered to provide a partial refund outside of eBay and I said I was not comfortable with that. With no notice he canceled my order and refunded my money. Makes no sense at all and worst buyer I have dealt with in 25 years.
