Very honest seller but manufacturing defects galore
I’ve been a long time DuPont user and while the Xtend torch is still the most precise and wind proof in my opinion , this lighter is purely skin deep.
Since unboxing and using the correct butane every single time I have to press twice (as first time never ignited ) and then there are a series of 5-6 misfires added to that .
Further the finishing on edges is quite rough and you can see the plastic frame edges peeled off simply due to rough metal edges touching it.
One of the best looking jet flames but a 10 dollar xikar lights up every time and misfires less .
I’m not the only one and the newest dual flame version got rid of the top protector cap and added even more plastic housing I think DuPont has to cancel all their jet flame lighters and marketing and fix this or else they will simply fade away like pierre cardin, fashionable trendy that’s it. So many issues how am I suppose to trust this if I go to the mountains lol. One of the worst things I’ve spent money on .
